This is a time to honour the light, replenish your energy, and reconnect with your natural rhythm. The Solstice marks the height of summer - a moment to pause, reflect, and soak in the fullness of life before the slow turn inward begins again.

Across the weekend, you’ll be guided through nourishing yoga, somatic movement, meditation, and rest practices designed to restore balance and invite spaciousness back into your body and mind. Practices will range from gently energising to deeply restorative and are suitable for all levels.
